Our Busy Summer Has Begun!!

We started off our summer with a bang!! Sunday, Caymin got to go bowling for the first time at Harrison's birthday party! She had a great time. Since she did pretty well, she is excited about going back sometime! Monday, we met some friends at Chuck E Cheese. That is always fun. Carson was so excited that Daddy was getting to go with us!! He stayed with Chris most of the day. Our friends, Bryson, Jayson, Ellie and Lucas all came out to play with us. As you can see, the kids ate very little and played every game in the place. Of all the tokens we played, on all the different games and all the tickets we won (maybe 60 or 70) we walked away with two tiny dum dums and a fun dip!! That was some expensive candy!! :) But it is all about the experience! We did get to see Chuck E, and for the first time in years my kids were not scared of him at all. He came running towards us and scared Ellie a little but once he stopped, she came running back!! We had fun with our friends - thanks for inviting us Harris family! Tuesday we went to my moms for a day of swimming and to celebrate Caymin's graduation with her. The kids had SO much fun. They got in the pool about 11 am and did not get out of the pool for good until around 5! They got out every now and then to play baseball, ride bikes or eat one of the many snacks Nana and Poppa gave them! We stayed for Caymin's graduation dinner. Nana had bought the stuff for spaghetti but Caymin decided she would rather have hamburgers, so we did! They had gotten her a little cake to celebrate with too! Caymin wanted a candle to blow out on the cake and wanted us to sing "Congratulations to you"!! Afterwards she went up to mom and asked if there were going to be presents too??? :) What did she think this was her birthday or something! :) Headed home shortly after and Carson was asleep in the car before we even got to hickory hollow. I put him in the bed about 7:30 and he slept till about 7:30 this morning!! It was a very fun day!

Just had to share this!!! This was Carson's Favorite thing to do all day! Pee in the grass! Probably did it at least 8 times! Each time leaned back farther to see how high he could make it go and laughed the whole time! Check out his face. What a boy, just like his Daddy!! :)
