On Tuesday the 24th was Carson's REAL birthday. It was a school day for him, but he got to celebrate at school. He picked out chocolate covered donuts with sprinkles to take for snack break. They sang to him and he got to wear the birthday hat. He loved it! After school we picked up Caymin and Daddy and headed to the park, Carson's pick! We took bikes and rode around the trail. Then we played on the playground too. After the park we headed to chick-fil-a. BIG MISTAKE!!! It was kids night so we thought it would be great. All kids meals are $1.50, even for adults. The bad part was that every college kid in Nashville was there wanting a cheap meal. We tried hard to talk Carson in to going somewhere else, no dice. So we finally found a table and Chris and the kids sat and waited. I spent 30 mins just waiting in line to get to the front. They had every register open and I think every employee working but the lines were through the restaurant and out the back door. I passed the time by talking to sweet lady that was behind me in line. When we finally got to the front of the line we realized that she knew my parents, her kids went to Overton with Chris and she lives in Nolensville! Small world! Dinner was good and Carson LOVED it so that is all that mattered in the end.
On his way to school! Big Boy!

Singing Happy Birthday to Carson
Blowing out his candles.Caymin loves the monkey bars and is getting so good at taking off across them. I just had to share! Go Girl!

They had to stop at EVERY bench along the trail for a water break.
